1. User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all information you enter into the Service, including but not limited to production names, schedules, call times, job types, and any other work-related details. Yost does not review, monitor, or verify the content you submit.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements
You acknowledge that you may be subject to confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), or other contractual obligations with third parties, including production companies and studios. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any information you submit to the Service complies with all such agreements. Yost assumes no liability whatsoever for any breach of confidentiality, NDA violation, or contractual dispute arising from information you choose to enter. Yost strongly recommends using working titles or production codes rather than official, confidential, or embargoed project names.
3. Who Can See Your Information
The information you enter into Yost is visible only to: (a) yourself, (b) users you have explicitly added as friends on the platform, and (c) Yost's development team for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. Your information is not publicly accessible and is not shared with any third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yost and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any content you submit, including any consequences resulting from the disclosure of confidential or proprietary information.
5. Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
